Welcome to bharat123.com. This document is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Kaaldrishti Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these combined Terms of Service, User Agreement, Content Moderation & Review Policy, Anti-Scraping Policy, and Prohibited Items List.

Infrastructure Integrity

Legal Remedies
Any violation of this Anti-Scraping Policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms of Service. Kaaldrishti Private Limited reserves the right to block offending IP addresses, terminate accounts, and pursue full legal remedies under applicable IT, copyright, and civil laws of India.
4. Prohibited Items List
You may not buy, sell, list, advertise, promote, or trade any of the following items or services on our Platform. This list is governed by the prevailing laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and consumer protection regulations.
Illegal Substances & Hazardous Material
- Narcotics, illegal drugs, prescription medications, steroids, or psychotropic substances.
- Hazardous chemicals, fireworks, explosives, flammable materials, or radioactive substances.
Weapons & Safety Hazards
- Firearms, ammunition, military weaponry, tactical knives, or explosives.
- Instructions, manuals, or blueprints on how to manufacture weapons.
Regulated or Restricted Goods
- Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, vapes, and alcoholic beverages.
- Human body parts, organs, or fluids.
- Wildlife, endangered species, or live animals prohibited from trade under the Wildlife Protection Act.
Infringing & Counterfeit Goods
- Counterfeit products, fake replicas, or pirated software/media.
- Decoders, jailbroken devices, or tools designed to bypass intellectual property protections.
Adult & Explicit Material
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, or escort services.
- Any material involving the exploitation or abuse of minors.
Financial & Identity Assets
- Stolen property, credit/debit cards, or financial instruments.
- Government-issued IDs, passports, fake documents, or personal data lists.
- Currency, lottery tickets, pyramid schemes, or unapproved cryptocurrency services.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Kaaldrishti Private Limited makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, security, or availability of the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaaldrishti Private Limited, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or content posted by third parties.
Indemnification
