2. How to File a Grievance
To execute a legal takedown or data rectification request, your complaint must include:

- The Specific Violation: Direct URL link(s) of the business listing, advertisement, or user-defined post.
- Nature of Objection: Clear reason outlining why the content is infringing, fake, copyright-violating, or data-noncompliant.
3. Processing and Resolution Timelines
- Acknowledgment: Your complaint will be acknowledged with a digital tracking index within 24 to 36 hours of receipt.
- Expedited Removal (Safety & Nudity): If a post contains non-consensual personal imagery, explicit media, or security threats, access will be disabled within 24 hours.
- Standard Review: General business data disputes, copyright takedowns, or data rectification queries under the DPDP Act will be thoroughly investigated and decided within 7 to 15 days.
