• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your premium listing tier or advertisement plan at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations stop future billing cycles.
• Effective Date: Cancellation requests take effect at the end of your current active billing cycle. Your premium features will remain live until that billing period expires.
• No Retrospective Cancellations: We do not offer mid-month cancellations or partial prorated adjustments for remaining active days.

• Digital Nature of Services: Premium listing features, automated business visibility upgrades, and matching lead services are immediate digital allocations.
• Strict No-Refund Policy: All fees paid for premium subscriptions, profile upgrades, or promotional slots are strictly non-refundable.
• Billing Discrepancies: If your card or bank account is charged multiple times due to a payment gateway error, please email us with receipt numbers within 7 days. Verified duplicate charges will be reversed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

• Direct Transactions: Any items, services, admission packages, or appointments purchased from local vendors found on our directory are transactions directly between you and that vendor.
• No Mediation Liability: Kaaldrishti Private Limited does not handle payments, packaging, deliveries, or refunds for goods sold by third-party directory storefronts.
• Vendor Disputes: If you require a return or refund for a defective product purchased from a local shop listed on our site, you must approach that merchant directly under their specific business terms.
